Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell ceramic kamado grills — from a tabletop mini to a full-size classic, a large and an XL and a built-in outdoor cook station, with the heat deflectors, cast iron sear grates, long-handled tools, thermometers, covers and firelighters to go with them. The size, the build and the fuel (lump charcoal) are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Charcoal & heat safety

A kamado runs on charcoal at high temperature with hot ceramic surfaces, flame and sparks, and is for outdoor use only. Use it on a stable non-combustible surface, keep the stated clearance from walls, fences, furniture and anything flammable, and never use it indoors, in a garage, under a canopy or a pergola roof. Burn lump charcoal only, open the lid carefully to avoid flare-ups, keep children and pets back, use heat gloves, and let it cool fully before moving or covering. Ceramic can crack from a hard knock or a sudden temperature shock — handle it with care. CE marked where applicable.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
